This way of living is no longer working or satisfying for you.
Life can be a solitary journey when anxiety prevents you from connecting with the people around you. It’s nearly impossible to form genuine friendships and engage in authentic relationships when a voice in your head is constantly telling you that “you’re not good enough,” or you’re worrying about how others perceive you.
Living this way is exhausting.
Trying to “get over” your anxiety and live a life free of constant worrying doesn’t even seem possible. You’re wondering if you’re damaged, if you deserve it, while thinking “what’s wrong with me?”
What’s wrong with you is that you’re stuck in a negative pattern of thinking – a pattern of thinking that could be, was, and is beneficial in certain situations, but is just not beneficial for your situation. This pattern of thinking is a direct result of how you were raised, experiences you had throughout your life, how you were taught to feel and act in stressful situations, and your biology.
What if I already know WHY I’m anxious?
I know you’ve spent hours dissecting the reasons for your anxiety or worry. You may even understand the WHY. But, unfortunately, knowing what causes your anxiety will not help you become unstuck or place you in an advantageous situation.
If anything, knowing this information causes more anxiety, because you don’t know how to stop it.
This is where I can help you.
Let’s get you on the path to decreasing your anxiety and living a more fulfilled, happy, and worry-free life. I have solutions to your complex problems and cannot wait to share them with you!
